Classroom Rental

Learn. Lead. Launch a new class. The Classroom @ArtGym offers instructors a dynamic, cooperative environment to rent and teach detailed art classes or skill-building workshops, all while earning extra income. This 865 square-foot, affordable classroom is modular and customizable, perfect for exploring new ideas, whether running a weekend workshop or a multi-week session. The space includes movable tables and chairs, stainless steel table on wheels, stainless steel utility sink for cleanup, large screen TV and rolling carts, allowing it to be easily arranged to fit almost any teaching style and facilitate engaging student interaction. Load in of supplies is easy from our parking lot to direct access to the classroom. Participants must be 18+. Capacity is dependent on the type of class or workshop.

Rental Access and Fees

Access: Monday – Sunday

Fees: $35/hour plus refundable damage deposit. Deposit is 50% of rental fee not to exceed $100.

"We loved teaching at the Art Gym! Tyler was incredibly responsive as we organized things remotely, and had everything set up for us as requested when we arrived. The whole process was straightforward, smooth and easy. Parking in the connected lot made load-in quick and effortless. The classroom was bright and sunny with enough space for 12 students and everyone had a great time. We felt the classroom rental was a good value for the money. We like the space a lot and will definitely consider doing at least an annual workshop, if not more regular short classes there in the future".
