Available for solo artists, group shows, or organizations. The gallery offers flexible layouts and adjustable lighting as a blank canvas to bring exhibitions to life.

Details

Fees

- - Application fee | $35 (non-refundable)
  - 1 week Exhibit | $225
  - 2 week Exhibit | $450
  - 3 week Exhibit | $660*
  - Lighting Fee (Art Gym will light all exhibits) | $50
  - Damage deposit is required and fully refundable if no damage occurs | $100

*This tier requires 2 programming events to occur. This could be an opening reception, a closing reception, an artist talk, an artist meet and greet in any combination.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Reschedule: A $50 fee is required to reschedule the exhibition

Cancellation:

45 days from start of exhibition: 100% refund
21 days from start of exhibition: 50% refund
Less than 21 days from start of exhibition: No refund

Gallery Specs/Assets

- - - Professional track system – No nails or screws are allowed. Work must be wired, or have d-rings to work with the hanging system.
    - Unframed works on paper can be installed using magnets on Art Gym’s metal panels
    - Suspension system for hanging work from the ceiling
    - 2 moveable walls equipped with power outlets included
    - The maximum number of artworks are dependent on size but typically, the gallery can accommodate 30 small to medium pieces
    - 13 sculpture pedestals in various sizes for 3-D work
    - Tables and chairs

Hours

The Gallery hours will be decided upon by the renter as they are responsible for sitting the gallery.

Renter's Responsibility

- - Installing artwork (Lighting will be done by Art Gym for an additional $50)
  - Everything needed for your programming (labels, price list, food, drinks, serving ware)
  - Gallery sitting
  - Processing artwork sales ( we do not collect any commission, all sales go directly to the artist)
  - De-installing artwork (Art Gym will not store artwork after the end date of the exhibition)
  - Art Gym will include your exhibit on our website, social media and include in our newsletter

Policies

Artwork must be hung with the hanging system. No holes in the wall.
No double sided tape/adhesive of any kind
Approved labels and removable adhesives include temporary, removable clear or white labels, museum wax/putty to adhere foam core placqards/labels
